Shipping Policy

We at Mevancy know how important it is to get your orders to you fast and in top shape. We take great care to package and send your order properly because of this. You can be confident that we are making every effort to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible. Please take into consideration any holidays that can affect shipping times.

Shipping Cost:

We offer Free & Secure shipping.

Shipping Destinations:

We currently offer shipping within the United States. We do not ship outside of the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Order Processing and Transit Times:

  • Order Processing: Our commitment is to process and ship your order within 1 to 2 business days.
  • Transit Time: After your order is shipped, the estimated delivery time is between 1 to 2 business days.

Please note that these are estimated times and can be subject to variations due to external factors such as carrier delays or weather conditions.

 The actual arrival time of products = Processing Time + Transit Time

Order Cut-Of Time:

Delivery Terms:

We mainly use DHL, USPS, UPS, and FedEx,  to ship your orders. Your order will be handled in our facilities before being fully completed by the shipping provider. You’ll receive a tracking number within 24 hours so you can follow the progress of your order.

If you do not receive tracking information from us within 2 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at contact@mevancy.com.

Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?

We will start working immediately after your order. Unfortunately, We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your order at contact@mevancy.com or call us at +1 202 951 7463.

Multiple Addresses:

For a single order, we don’t provide shipping to multiple addresses. Please put separate orders for each address where you want the things delivered. Here is where to reach us if you need assistance with this: contact@mevancy.com.

Order Tracking:

To track an order, you can track the order by visiting the Tracking Order page and entering the tracking number or order number and email.

Delayed:

However, there are some cases of delay. We will contact you immediately if the order is delayed for more than 7 business days.

Return:

Mevancy will happily accepts returns due to a change of mind as long as the request is received by us within 60 days of you receiving the item. Must be the item returned to us in the original packaging. Returning the products then let us know by email at Contact@mevancy.com.
